The thing is, the settlement from soar was short of this and given that Phua will grab 60% plus of the settlement means that Noetic are out of pocket big time.
To the directors of Noetic - get in line for the spoils. If you are lucky and we get top dollar for the last couple of bottles of wine in stock, you might get 5c per $100k owed.
