    It is selling part of PEXA stake via Demerger or selling PEXA to some one else all together.
    ..
    From the news my reading is LNK will demerge PEXA and sell part of stake at market to bring liquidity in PEXA sale.
    ..
    Am I correct or some thing else ? Can some demerger/trade sale pundit explain this.
