The problem with their PEXA stake is it isn't a controlling interest. They cannot force a listing, and any trade buyer isn't getting control either, so it won't command absolute top dollar.
Most shareholders (of which I am no longer one) wanted PEXA one way or the other. Doesn't look like they will get it.
What a waste.
