@Arcturus451, PFG are a debt provider. Therefore they require collateral as security. As it stands Bud had enough to cover $7.5mUSD loan but not $10mUSD. PFG wanted the Eastfield shackles and chain off buddy NOW, not after the tranche 2 payment, and so they agreed to take $2.5USD collateral shares.
IMHO, this shows a great deal of faith in the longevity of the business and the current pricing of bud at 5.2c. In the future, when the shares are sold, the profits will be used to pay down the loan principle.
IMHO, this is an incredible piece of negotiation on behave of DM.
