    Thanks @Holdtight. Yes, accepting shares as collateral is certainly a sign of faith in the business as the shares only represent residual value rather than a direct claim on an asset, such as a receivable. I assume the shares must be sold when the arrangements come to an end and am very impressed that any profit that is realized will go towards paying down the debt. Nice! The debt forgiveness is above and beyond what I would have hoped for and I don't quite know how they even pulled it off, given that there is also now no exclusivity.

    All in all I think this was an exceptional outcome and a credit to DM and the team. I couldn't help adding a few shares to the pile.
