Pharmaust looked at how to increase bioavailability of it's old MPL compound.
Micronisation / Amorphous Solid Dispersion and Self Emulsifying Drug Delivery System.
Micronisation won by a factor of four.
This has improved drug delivery by up to 30 times previous compared to the old formula.
