There wasn't any misleading. If you read back through the last BIT report. It says
"It is anticipated that preliminary data, from the end of BIT225 dosing time point, will be available in the second quarter of 2015, with additional data from later time points available in the second half of 2015."
It is still the second quarter now. Presumably preliminary data will be announced as it comes in, which could be tomorrow, next week, or next month. The company itself still doesn't have the data. Noting that they say additional data will be released in the second half of 2015. This is entirely consistent with the announcement today. It's just that our expectations were perhaps irrationally exuberant for some hard, positive share price moving action. Bit like getting interrupted before you've cum I reckon.
