Thanks for that. Drug interactions are notoriously difficult to predict before the drug is used in the wild. Given the shear number of combinations out there you can't feasibly study them all. I am sure BIT225 would produce similar cases were it to be in widespread use.
Interestingly - with the rapid uptake and use of Gilead's product and a 90% "cure" rate, will there be anyone left to cure in the next few years?
