Andrew, I believe you are genuinely interested in debate and not merely seeking validation for your investment decisions (as some on here clearly are), so I will address your questions.
As I said previously, "..the 'evidence' is self evident.." in respect of pursuing FDA approval - no company seriously looking to bring their product to the world pharmaceutical market follows the 'easy path to approval' by avoiding the stringent FDA process - it is illogical and certainly won't be cheaper, or faster, in the long run. If you can meet FDA requirements for validating your drug, you do so, there is no need, or justification, for a 'back door' approach.
As to withholding 'bad' outcomes, again, this is self evident - otherwise, you would be able to point to some, wouldn't you? Unless, of course, you believe there haven't been any (where are those poor ferrets?). But I made no reference to RCE, or Fiona Stanley, withholding anything in respect of their latest announcement - on the contrary, what I said was ".. this is not 'exciting' news - it was to be expected, otherwise, it would have been 'that's all she wrote' for RCE.".
And posters making comments ".. based on information directly from company sources.." - I don't think you need me to elaborate on my view of that.
