I would be very disappointed if the above wasn’t adhered to and carried out by this company. It’s the obligation of the company to announce the announcement when due and not time the announcement for a better impact on the share price!

I really don’t believe that RCE need to play these games with what they have at hand. I also don’t believe that they’re holding back the announcement for a few extra cents on the day. We are here for the long term, are we not? I think the paperwork is not formalised as yet and not ready to be presented to the ASX.

I do realise that most speculative of stocks on the ASX do play games for a few extra cents and usually or mostly do not succeed and fail miserably and don’t give two hoots about their shareholders! On the other hand RCE is a well and professionally run company led by James Graham, as we should soon see with results around the corner
