I am also not concerned about the share issue ultimately "not being approved" by the shareholders as they/we would be just shooting themselves/ourselves in the foot to severely restrict cash flow - so to me its a given that it will get across the line.

The unsecured loan, cash advance and repayment (in the event of no shares issued) is all just prudent cash management on the part of AB.

Overall I see this as a positive and while I would rather not be diluted, the fact that the Directors would advance such a large sum of money and non related parties also invest is a strong indication that whatever issues are facing the company's plant commissioning are short term and resolvable.
