There is no where in the announcement that AB chooses the time to convert. The loan WILL convert on share holder approval. It is a clear statement.
What you have stated and restated is just wrong, dishonest, misleading.
A typical tactic used by short term traders to cast aspersions and doubt on stocks they don't hold while over promoting their own stocks on other threads.
"Subject to shareholder approval (to be sought at the Meeting), the Loan and any interest accrued on the Loan, will convert into shares and options at the rate of one share for every A$0.13 owed plus one free attaching option for every two shares issued (these being the same terms as under the Placement)."
