this is my speculation as to why the options weren’t exercised until the 11th hour , option holders where waiting to see if cgn would take up there participating rights to maintain there shareholders % and block the shareholders vote , cgn not seeing options being exercised probably felt they had enough shares until at voting time they didn’t, pure speculation on my part but have been wondering why the options weren’t exercised until the last minute
