I think it's pretty clear that was hyperbole.
And these people that are taken "excellent care of" are treated like cattle.
It's all legal and by regulation.
But if Commbank turned off aircon and made their workers do 12 hour shifts, there would be media outrage of epic proportins at inhumane working conditions and people being threated as cattle.
So it's matter of perspective what's "excellent "
