I just don't know whether he is describing workplace conditions at Australian Mining sites or some other countries.
Its certainly Not from my own personal knowledge or experience.
From my own personal experience, workers at these mining sites have hotlines to lodge their complaints in relation to safety and working conditions. Furthermore, they have their mobile phones from which to take pictures as evidence and send them off to our office.
And these workers are highly sort after and highly paid.
If they did not like the working conditions at one place, they simply walk out and take another job at another company.
I have never seen or heard of an Australian company trying to pack 450 staff into 2 containers - that is like packing sardines in a can.
I just don't know whether he is describing workplace conditions...
