I think this is looking promising. Ideagen have a track record of acquisitions including the Australian company Complispace in 2021. I would consider them a serious bidder.

Damstra is a recovery stock that has significant potential. A cost of 27 cents would value the Damstra at approx $75 million. That is only 2.5 x ARR. Ideagen would be getting a bargain.
