    It is good news. However, I see Damstra as a turnaround story and has been punished for not being cashflow positive. They now have a clear plan to reverse this and have a strong IT based business in a sector of the future. I would say no to a 27 cents offer and believe the best value is in holding Damstra for the medium and long term..
