If Mitratech took a look under the hood and thought "great business but perhaps worth a tiny bit less than we thought", they'd still have bid, at say 27 or 28. But what actually happened is that Mitratech took a look under the hood and thought "holy hell boys, run for the hills". And that suggests it is entirely unlikely anyone will be paying 27c or a number even remotely close to that.
