Seems these Directors may have taken on board some of the questions minority holders including me raised at the AGM.

The political times wouldn't in any case suggest that the major holder's underwhelming and ludicrous offer would be 'passed' by the Foreign Investment Review Board given the 2012 stipulations, or even by the new, inexperienced, knowall Labor-Greens 'boy Treasurer'.
