It's a comical situation. I have little doubt that the current share price is basically a case of holders who are still holding being so steadfast that they refuse to acknowledge the likely outcome of the current criminal investigation, which means the share price is defying common sense and holding high, and the reality won't hit until the results of the investigation come to light and we'll then be seeing a dramatic price crash. If for some crazy reason I was a holder I'd be thanking my lucky stars that the market is allowing me the opportunity to get out for almost 10c before the results of the investigation come to light.
Of course, hey, the investigation might find nothing. If you think that management actually has nothing to hide or they're able to hide it well enough to get away with it, you might do well.
