I think NKP can recoup 10 mil if IPL have got it. I wonder how much IPL spent on prospecting that resource? if that is what they promised ? and/or was it G that did a deal ...that was iffy by the SA rules for selloff/ division of a right. I dont know as there were so many regulations and so many pending regulations involving division of rights, I believe. and then you add the later final turnaround in the CC decision and it is pretty messy,imho. My chat comes from a little shakey and distant memory of the old info.
It is interesting reading the new posters slant because the story gets a different interpretation over time.imo.
Jack I dont think any-one could plan this chaos if they tried and some-one should take charge before the SA mining industry drowns in legal bills. NKP is having a go at working through it and it would be so nice if some authority helped.
