IPL can’t reasonable expect NKP to perform its obligations under a sales agreement when its not able to do so. IMO, IPC is taking the opportunity to look for an out of court settlement. This will drain NKP on resources, not just monetary and that’s what IPC knows. Sometimes better to get rid of the problem.
