It appears my curve ball call was very accurate:

I expect they have another buyer for all of our lithium not just the 40% and this was the real reason for buying GAM.
I also expect this to lead to a large holder trying to take control of more PLS shares which I have been hearing rumors about for a while.
See PLS told this group not interested in the past and now this is in effect a hostile takeovery.
