@jumpinjoey the only other document I can find it mentioned in is this one: http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150924/pdf/431k275p71cxpg.pdf
This is the only mention of a first right I can find outside of the PFS and it doesn't mention anything about the spodumene.
