I've answered this before. It doesn't necessarily need to be a dollar amount. It could be detailed criteria used to formulate the price at the time of sale. Since no party would want to enter into a price for supply when the dollar amount isn't able to be predicted.
MIN would have to agree to the pricing mechanism.
