Hi aneeso.... I think price is the key issue here.
There is no price. Market price plus a % is as close as we get.
We all know market price for spodumene is not like gold.
How is it set and what have both sides agreed to.
We have seen one paragraph of an agreement that is likely pages long.
The world price may have been used as a simple description of a clause that is pages long.
