You know thinking about this situation reminds me a little of the Jiangsu purchase by Tianqi.
They had Galaxy in a trading halt that is probably in the book of records and we had no idea when it would end, or if we were going bankrupt any day because of the holding pattern we were in.
Don't get me wrong, I am not insinuating that Pilbara are going bankrupt over there. After all it is said that they have $100 million in the bank, but if they end up unable to construct the mine until this is resolved then the only alternative may be to sell part of the tenement.
