If this goes on another 3 weeks won't MIN have missed the 45 day deadline anyway? Maybe drawing this out is best for PLS if they want this BOA to go ahead as is? Obviously MIN would be ready for the next one but if it was a straight spod deal (chemical or tech grade) the ROFR would be a simpler proposition.
