re: Ann: Update on Progress EMG and CMIC Beyo... I am very very pleased with this update.
Obviously we're not over the line yet, but a couple of things stand out:
1. Specific detail about approvals so far and those still required
2. FIRB application has been lodged!!!!!
3. The full suite of documentation relating to the JV has been exchanged
4. The CMIC loan to Emergent will be offered at 3% above reserve bank benchmark rate
What do other think? I've been wondering if a cap. raising is likely once everything goes through BUT I don't think they will need the capital with CMIC placement and oppies contributing towards the end of the year short term capital doesn't seem to be an issue.
