Star vegas locate in cambodia, somboon in thailand, directors in hong kong, mega bank in taiwan, donaco executive director in australia.. plane is not flying, travel restrictions, as well as certain services closing. Like legal, translation.. etc.. also, mega bank is likely to wait and see the border situation..

however.. the directors have indicated, they are in discussion with mega bank and are very confident.
