    Further to the points you make. IF and it’s a big if, BPL Somehow retain a percentage of the JV after determination process they’ve got no money to go drilling or pay their portion of anything.Which brings us back to where this thing started some months ago. COB have got $$$’s and it appears the smartest guys in the room.
    Seems to me BPL can only retain their royalty over the JV and COB goes it alone as 100% owner .
    I’ve been wrong a million times though. So wtf will happen is anyone’s guess !
