re: Ann: Update on Project Financing for Jaba... no the financing will not be forthcoming until mining license comes through. All they have is an agreed term sheet. there is plenty of investment banks (incl saudi bank) ready to finance this but they will wait for the license first. i think it is close also looking at the rebound and volume spike yesterday. I expect another price spike in advance of the ann.
