There's a substantial challenge ahead to deliver Nolan's in a timely - prudent financial manner - we all know that from MP in California and Lynas LAMP and even their recent over budget - over time refinery in Kalgoorlie for which they had to fly a team from Malaysia to commission and ramp up.
We also know every ore body is different - as is ARU's processing/separation tech to that of Lynas is different and HATCH a highly regarded, quality international company at great expense to ARU have delivered our pathway - which will remain ongoing throughout construction.
We also know quality - experienced personnel in this industry are nowhere to be seen. RE processing and separation is a science like no other mineral processing whereby a mix of traditional mining processing engineers combine with chemical engineers etc - therefore anyone with any RE processing experience be it ionic clay heavies such as Tommie I welcome indeed (of course his time and achievements with Newmont are not to be overlooked along with the chemical plant wherever it was). He will be a big cog in a team to deliver results - resolve issues etc.

On another note our GE NERVONA are making hay. Since the spin off from GE their sp is up 200% on growth which is already seeing dividends and share buybacks - they project USD45 billion in turnover in 2028. Hopefully some loose change for them will be one of many to be announced in coming equity releases - we know the list is long with those potential equity partners - final off takes and I am not discounting US Gov - DOD finance - as I posted earlier in the week - the Chinese RE ban is fully in place and the US and EU can not deal with each one that Beijing impose - they have to act now and deal with every critical mineral in the supply chain - RE's being paramount.
