if that is your believe, than we will need another CR to keep this company a float .. that is the reality of a business...
in business, without money you have no time as with partners (i would say customers in this case off taker / corner investor) - it is hard to secure if you want they to pay more than current price... I don't know the complexity of signing up off takers etc... but i do know in business you usually would not want to pay more than current market price...
all in all, ARU CoP is below $30 as the CEO said it is viable business ... What make me believe in this project is the government policy .. that's all...
the Chinese basically destroyed most or all nickel mines in western country... surely cobalt mines in western country wont survive long.. without government intervention no RE project would be viable unless you dig it and sell the ore to Chinese for processing...
So tell me which stars we need to align to deliver an outcome...
