Aspen want SIGMA it is what i've been saying all along.

The fact that they want to lock in the exclusivity, shows that they dont want to be in a bidding war, and as the odds are in their favour Sigma will agree.

I think sigma should agree on all terms Except for the exclusivity. There is ALOT of conditions in the offer and Sigma should be able to negotiate on some of them
