    Anyone else find it odd that there should still be 18% on the table here? I know the offer is contingent, but really I would understand a 10% discount and not 18%.

    The market can't be that negative can it?

    I'm holding on either way as I don't think SIP's agreeing to another exclusivity period will stop a third party stepping up.
