It would be inconsiderate of the Sigma board to agree to the exclusivity period. It would confirm that they do support the offer at 55c even if they dont come out and say it.

Aspen have had some 5 weeks of exclusivity. If they were not interested they would have left, but they are interested. THey are using the negative media to their advantage (i'd do the same). In the end its all about who calls the bluff first.

If Sigma says no to exclusivity, will Aspen walk away...IMO i don't think to. Will that benefit us? IMO definatly!
