The problem is Sigma has no senior management to run the company. The CEO, CFO and Chair have resigned and there is noeone currently at the helm with the new CEO to start on Sep 1. Sigma must put the offer to shareholders and I would suggest that they can not say that it should be rejected as there currently is nobody to run the company. I believe they will say it is at the low end, but to accept unless a better offer comes along! It is a stroke of genius by Aspen. It will go thru unless the Dow crashes prior!
