I don't thik its a tough call at all.

Clearly the offer is too low, is Aspens opening gambit, and the board will reject it.
Part of "the game" of coming up with a final price.

A number of people I know have > 1 Mill shares and I doubt if they would accept even 60 cents.


Sigma is cashflow positive ,and has been given time to get its banking sorted out.
Even if the offer is withdrawn, Sigma will be fine going forward.
