Realistically they would only have got 2 or 3 days of buy back before a likely trading halt anyway. And if SARAH is successful at meeting the primary end point, the situation will be entirely different for everyone from the point of view of the likely success of SIRveNIB, Vespro, the court case and the share buy back.
