A long overdue announcement today. When they first announced the Noveda deal it was sold down from 14 cents to 10 cents as no one had any idea regarding potential income from this deal.
At least now they are beginning to paint the picture on the potential of the deal and seemed to have used their due diligence to their advantage in re-negotiating terms. I think 19-22 cents is a reasonable short term goal as management are very keen on this acquisition. I think if we had these details a few weeks ago we would already be closer to 20 cents by now.
Friday will be an interesting day as punters will have had time to digest the announcement and rate it accordingly
