I didn't see this new ANN made on the 17th. At least holders know it is going to trade again, albeit it with a low raising price. Better than the alternative. Watch everyone jump to get into the .004 line when it comes back from suspension (HC, I know that will make you an UnHappyCat, and it may be foolish, but this one is taking so much time that I am sure the brokers and company will try to get it over the line).
