If FAR have a PE backer they are sure to make sure there can be know way the backer decides to suddenly change its minds. The cone IMO is canny.
The situation now is that further drilling can't happen until the dispute is sorted assuming of course that COP's obligations finished 28/10/16. Can't have WPL in and then tell them to .... off later, no chance of that although some on here would like that.
