And to me, this was the stinger.
Skip the first bunch of rubbish.. Read the Notes and then in particular the section close to the bottom where I posed the question to "you know who" and got a reply that clearly indicated that the 2002 AIPN JOA version did not apply. That! till today remains my biggest concern and why it is that FAR are trying to rely on, and base it's case on the purposive interpretation. Long shot if you ask me.
