"As previously reported to the ASX, FAR believes a valid pre-emptive rights notice has not been issued to the JV partners by COP and, FAR has invoked its right to resolve this dispute in accordance with the Joint Operating Agreement."
Note, FAR has not said anything about taking COP to Arbitration court......only carrying on with existing dispute resolution channel.
Given what has been released by both COP and WPL, you would think they take it to the next level - that is Arbitration court.
