Wasn't WPL's attitude previously a bit like they don't care if the transaction doesn't go ahead anyway? I don't think this is high priority for them hence the curious bystander in PC.
More info required from FAR / Senegal Govt / 60 days etc...
The whole debacle seems convoluted, under the table and secretive.
Hopefully FAR get the win in the end.
