Yes Hotazel. Both the Conoco and the Woodside announcements still say the ConocoPhillips BV holds/includes the 35% interest in offshore Senegal. The implication is that it could hold other assets or liabilities which is the reason that FAR says the JOA terms have not been followed. And yet Conoco and Woodside have said they have been open and transparent with the Senegalese Government. Both Conoco and Woodside are still being cute.
