Cosmo FAR CAN NOT decide if they will PE or not until they see the full detail of COP BV. That is the entire point of the dispute. Once they know what they are peeing then a decision can be made.
FAR may decide to not PE.
As far as I'm aware the only time FAR have actually said anything about PE is in the release below.
