Ann: Update on proposed divestment of Taronga Tin Project, page-4

So Robert Kidd will be the project manager for Taronga under a services agreement. I wonder is this " services " agreement with ANW or with Robert Kidd himself and what are the details of this arrangement. So Robert looks like he has plenty of time to be both ANW CEO and Project manager for Taronga. Do shareholders have confidence that Mr Kidd has the time and necessary skill set to do both roles justice?
Because we have a minority interest through our 60 million First Tin shares I don't have a problem with this, if it provides shareholders with increasing share price value, however if his project management role becomes dominant, then why did we sell the asset in the first place? Just posing some questions and sharing thoughts.
