Mather can't bully his way out of this one or scam the vote in his favour, getting a bit of his own medicine served up to him I would say!

How could he possibly argue that putting DGR into huge ridiculously expensive debt and putting its asset at risk to save a horrible loss making money pit that is AJQ, is in the best interest of DGR shareholders?

At least if it gets liquidated and the opposing proposal is accepted DGR gets cashed up and rid of the albatross around its neck that AJQ has been!
